Material analysis
Clear PEP is light weight, structurally rigid, transparent panel. It has a sandwich structure, in which transparent thermoplastic top sheets are bonded to rigid translucent cores. The core is ¾” (19mm) dimensioned honeycomb hole structure. It is made is made of polycarbonate, which is a light weight, dimensionally stable, transparent thermoplastic. Clear-PEP panels offer excellent light scattering, translucent optics, thermal insulation, impact-resistance, exceptional stiffness, as well as low weight.
Traditional uses
The 5 types of the clear-PEP series mainly differ in top sheet material and its structure, dimensions and colors.
