Care and Maintenance

  • To clean: use warm water, mild detergent and a white cloth.
  • Stains:use denatured alcohol to remove stubborn marks, however the surface should be rinsed with water immediately after their use.
  • Concetto can tolerate moderately hot temperatures for brief periods of time. Direct contact between very hot pots and the Concetto surface should be avoided.
  • Avoid any highly caustic cleaning agents like oven and grill cleaners and dishwashing agents that have high alkaline/pH levels.
  • Products containing oils or powders may leave a residue and should be rinsed off thoroughly.

Dimensional

  • 119 x 55.5 inches (Net) and a thickness of 1 inch [3]
  • 141.5 x 302 cm and a thickness of 25mm [4]
  • Slab Weight: 280kg / 618.8 lbs -average

Manufacturing process and assembly

  • Rather than crushed stone aggregate, Concetto uses "slices" and larger pieces of semi-precious stones to make up the finished slabs of material.
  • These stone pieces are individually hand-set in the manufacturing process to achieve the unique look.

Environmental Impact

  • Product made of semi-precious stones that are quarried from around the world, whereever they are found- the stones are then harvested in large boulders and thinly sliced into pieces.
  • The polyester resin that holds the stones together is chemical free.
  • All manufacturing plants for this product are in compliance with ISO-1401: meaning the air is not polluted, free of dust particles, water is recycled, etc.
