- Cork veneer laminated onto a backing (fabric, canvas, paper, cardboard, nylon, pvc, depending on the manufacturer)
- Available in a range of finishes, from natural to vibrant colors and patterns
- The backing is also available in a range of colors as well as metallic finishes
Surface forms / shapes
- Thin slices of cork are laminated onto a fabric backing. The natural texture of cork is preserved or some manufactures cut patterns into the veneer.

Manufacturing process and assembly
Environmental impact
- In addition to cork's renewable properties, many manufacturers also use natural adhesives to laminate the cork to the backing such as cotton or canvas.
- Natural dyes are used to color the fabric.
- Water based soil and stain repellent finish.
