Manufacturing process and assembly

  • Apply 2 coats of Aquabond, Aquaseal or Setcoat as base coat
  • Allow base todry for 24 hours
  • Appy smooth coat of lustersone with a roller. Let dry for 2 hours
  • Sand this lightly with grit paper
  • Apply second coat (or more as needed ) with a trowel
  • If higher shine is needed, sand it down [4]
