To Measure the horizontal flame spread and smoke development of interior finishes and building materials. Simulates that everything in the room is on fire.
~Flame-spread index – measure the maximum distance the flame spreads along the length of the sample.
~Smoke-Density index – measures the light absorption properties of the smoke generated by the test.
